Annual membership contributions
A $25 contribution makes the current family at a property eligible for private member access for the contribution year.
Contribution-year access
The prior year's contribution remains eligible during a grace period through January 31. Beginning February 1, private member access is restricted until a qualifying contribution for the new year is recorded.
Access is managed at the family level. Each resident keeps an individual sign-in, while eligibility follows the current family in residence and does not transfer to a later household at the property.
Accounts and household records are preserved while access is restricted. Public community information and contact paths remain available.
How annual contributions support the community
- Insurance and professional services
- Website, mailing, and recordkeeping expenses
- Entrance or common-area maintenance
- Community events and communications
- Emergency and reserve planning
Leadership may record a documented exemption or temporary extension when appropriate. Those decisions are retained in the private audit history.
Financial transparency and privacy
Annual budgets, year-end financial summaries, aggregate contribution totals, and approved financial policies can be posted in the documents section. Individual family contribution records remain private.
